What are the shipping charges and policies? TOP
I charge $2.75 for shipping in the U.S. Any order over $50 I will add insurance for free, if you don't want insurance, let me know. Orders over $100 ship for free, once again with insurance, so if you don't want it, tell me.
I will ship most places in the world. The shipping will be $3.50. If you are unsure about international shipping email me.
I combine shipping for purchases from any venue, this website, JustBeads and Etsy. Is there a return policy? TOP
I guarantee my beads to be properly annealed and structurally sound. I try very hard to take representative pictures and provide size dimensions. If you are unhappy with your beads email me and return them within two weeks. I will refund your purchase price when I recieve the beads. If you have any questions about any beads, email me before you purchase. I can provide more information and more pictures if necessary. What payment methods are available? TOP
You can pay with Paypal, or with a credit or debit card through paypal. You do not have to have a paypal account to pay with credit or debit card, paypal simply processes the payment for me. I also accept checks and money orders. Please contact me to send a check or money order. What about bulk orders and custom orders? TOP
I am happy to take bulk and custom orders. Please email me for details about the discounts for bulk orders and turn around time for your beads to be shipped. Can I add my link to your links page? TOP
Yes, send me your link information. Send me what you can, including a link to your banner if you have one. I also need your website address. If you don't have a banner, I will use the name of your website, or the name of your shop. If you have a preference, let me know.
